filename, the filename is url encoded.
E.g. if the file is "αρχείο.txt" (as defined in
ResourceStreamResource.setFilename()), the downloaded file is
"%CE%B1%CF%81%CF%87%CE%B5%CE%AF%CE%BF.txt" which is the url encoded
