I maybe found another solution meanwhile. There is a method in AbstractLink

        
                @Override
                protected boolean isLinkEnabled() {
                        return isEnabledInHierarchy();
                }

I've overwritten this by
        
                @Override
                protected boolean isLinkEnabled() {
                        return true;
                }

Now it seems to work as expected.
