Calling an async third party function when submitting an AjaxButton

2020-02-14 Thread Gabriel Landon
Hi,

In a form I have a form with an AjaxButton.
On the button's click I would like to be able to call an async third party
javascript function(recaptcha V3).

Is there a way to call it and in the "then" function do the wicket's ajax
call.
Something like  :
grecaptcha.execute('', {}).then();

I did not find a way to do it with IAjaxCallListener.
I'm using wicket 7.

In wicket 1.5, I think that might have been possible like that:
protected IAjaxCallDecorator getAjaxCallDecorator() {
return new AjaxCallDecorator() {
  @Override
  public CharSequence decorateScript(Component c, CharSequence script) {
return "grecaptcha.execute('publicCaptchaKey', {action:
'action'}).then(function(token) { "
   +
   + script  <--- wicket ajax
   + "}) ";
  }
};
  }

regards,

Gabriel.

Re: Google reCAPTCHA V3 wicket component?

2020-02-13 Thread Gabriel Landon
As I said it's far from perfect!

The code is for wicket 7 indeed.

I was not aware to the 2 minutes limit and I never hit it.
A solution would be to call grecaptcha.execute on the button's click, wait
for the response and then submit the ajax request. I'm not a JS expert, thus
I don't know how difficult it is to implement.

For those who need a little bit of documentation :
You need to add the behavior in the form onInitialize() method :
final AjaxRecaptchaV3Validator ajaxRecaptchaV3Validator = new
AjaxRecaptchaV3Validator("action","private key", "public key", "proxy url",
"proxy port");
add(ajaxRecaptchaV3Validator);

The proxy parameters can be null.

Then on the ajax submit button overrides updateAjaxAttributes :
  @Override
protected void updateAjaxAttributes(final
AjaxRequestAttributes paramAttributes) {
super.updateAjaxAttributes(paramAttributes);

AjaxRecaptchaV3Validator.addExtraParameters(paramAttributes);
}

LambdaModel does not implements IPropertyReflectionAwareModel

2019-04-25 Thread Gabriel Landon
Hi,

I'm moving projects from wicket 7.0 to wicket 8.0 that use the
wicket-bean-validation module for automatic validation of form (@NotNull,
@Size, ...).

I'm now using the LambdaModel instead of PropertyModel, but unfortunately,
LambdaModel does not implement IPropertyReflectionAwareModel, so I cannot
use the wicket-validation module anymore as the ValidationModelResolver
class is based on IPropertyReflectionAwareModel.

Is there another way to do validation with LambdaModel?
Or is it possible to add the interface IPropertyReflectionAwareModel to
LambdaModel?

Regards,
Gabriel.

What are you trying to set? There is no link in your example, only labels.
If you want to change the text in the label, you can use models instead of

If you want to add a link in your header you can have a look at
OrderByBorder...

PHL,

I'm sorry but it's hard to understand what your are trying to do.
Anyway, I find the X1 class very strange. I think you simply need to remove
the "ajout" method as the label is already added in the constructor. You
cannot add a label several times on the same panel unless you are using a
repeater.

public class X1 extends Panel
{
public X1(String id, String ColumnTilte)
{
super(id) ;
lbl = new Label("labelx", ColumnTilte) ;
add(lbl) ;
add(new Label("phl","added by constructor")) ;
}

public Label getLabel() { return lbl ; }
}

wicket 7.1.0 change in wicket path with TransparentWebMarkupContainer

Re: Wicket6 setResponsePage() stackoverflow error.

2014-11-25 Thread Gabriel Landon
I know it's not the error you report, but did you add
liferay-web-xml-enabled=false in the liferay-plugin-package.properties
file.
I had to do that to have portlet work with liferay 6.1 and 6.2
see :
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/wicket-portlet-and-liferay-6-1-td4650001.html

Also I'm not using PageParameters, but constructors :
setResponsePage(new MyClass(param1, param2, ...))

I also had to tweak a few files in the wicketstuff-portlet :
-PortletRequesMapper (to handle BookmarkableListenerInterfaceRequestHandler)
-WicketPorlet and ResponseStat (to fix some ajax issues)
wicketstuff-portlet-6.jar
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4668558/wicketstuff-portlet-6.jar

But still from time to time I've got problem with wicket-portlet and liferay
with an infinite loop that use 100% CPU. Unfortunatly I'm not skilled enough
in Porlet spec to fix this. So from my point of view wicketstuff-portlet is
not production safe anymore...

Hope this help,
Gabriel.

Re: StalePageException's followed by An error occurred while checking whether a page is stateless. Assuming it is stateful.

2013-09-24 Thread Gabriel Landon
Hi,

It happens to me once. It was because I was using a model on a page that was
not detached.

Have a look at your ProductShowPage.class and check that you have overrides
onDetach() :
/**
  * @see org.apache.wicket.Page#onDetach()
*/
@Override
protected void onDetach() {
// Detach all your models

super.onDetach();
}

What I find strange is that the detach function of the request call
Page#isPageStateless() that does an MarkupContainer#internalInitialize()
that may reinitialized all components (and pages) if they were not
initialized before!

Hi Martino,

Maybe you can do something like that :

-in your html file :
iframe wicket:id=myFrame/iframe

-in you java file :
WebMarkupContainer container = new WebMarkupContainer(myFrame);
container.add(new AttributeAppender(src,
Model.of(http://www.yourwebsite.com;)));
add(container);

You may also have a look at org.apache.wicket.markup.html.link.InlineFrame
to do you own Frame class :
/**
 * Handles this frame's tag.
 *
 * @param tag
 *the component tag
 * @see org.apache.wicket.Component#onComponentTag(ComponentTag)
 */
@Override
protected final void onComponentTag(final ComponentTag tag)
{
checkComponentTag(tag, iframe);

// Set href to link to this frame's frameRequested method
CharSequence url = getURL();

// generate the src attribute
tag.put(src, url);

super.onComponentTag(tag);
}

Re: wicketstuff-lazymodel and wicket-bean-validation

2013-08-13 Thread Gabriel Landon
Thank you very Sven.

Here's what I've done for the 2nd solution (base on DefaultPropertyResolver)
:

public class LazyModelPropertyResolver implements IPropertyResolver {

@Override
public Property resolveProperty(final FormComponent? component) {
IModel? model = component.getModel();

while (true) {
if (model == null) {
return null;
}
if (model instanceof LazyModel?) {
break;
}
if (model instanceof IWrapModel?) {
model = ((IWrapModel?)
model).getWrappedModel();
continue;
}
return null;
}

final LazyModel? lazyModel = (LazyModel?) model;

// le nom de la proprité (qui peut être dans une chaine du genre
foo.bar.baz).
String fieldName = lazyModel.getPath();
if (fieldName.contains(.)) {
fieldName = StringUtils.substringAfterLast(fieldName,
.); // on prend
le dernier champ
}

return new Property(lazyModel.getObjectClass(), fieldName);
}
}

For the 1st solution I cannot overrides/extends LazyModel as its construtor
is private.
Also I'm not a reflection guru, so I'm a bit lost on how to get the getter
and setter from the LazyModel.
I need to provide those 3 methods :
-public Field getPropertyField();
-public Method getPropertyGetter();
-public Method getPropertySetter();

I've seen methods like methodResolver.getSetter and
methodResolver.getMethod in the StackIterator but have not found how to
use them...

Any help on this would be nice also :-).

Gabriel.

Re: wicketstuff-lazymodel and wicket-bean-validation

2013-08-13 Thread Gabriel Landon
The previous code was flawed. Here's the right one!
It's far from perfect but as I'm using only IObjectClassAwareModel models
it's working!

public class LazyModelPropertyResolver implements IPropertyResolver {

@Override
public Property resolveProperty(final FormComponent? component) {
IModel? model = component.getModel();

while (true) {
if (model == null) {
return null;
}
if (model instanceof LazyModel?) {
break;
}
if (model instanceof IWrapModel?) {
model = ((IWrapModel?)
model).getWrappedModel();
continue;
}
return null;
}

final LazyModel? lazyModel = (LazyModel?) model;

//I'm using only IObjectClassAwareModel
if (lazyModel.getTarget() instanceof IObjectClassAwareModel) {

// le nom de la proprité (qui peut être dans une chaine
du genre
foo.bar.baz).
String fieldName = lazyModel.getPath();
if (fieldName.contains(.)) {
fieldName =
StringUtils.substringAfterLast(fieldName, .); // on prend
le dernier champ
}

return new Property(((IObjectClassAwareModel?)
lazyModel.getTarget()).getObjectClass(), fieldName);
}

return null;
}
}

wicketstuff-lazymodel and wicket-bean-validation

2013-08-12 Thread Gabriel Landon
 Hi,

I've been using wicketstuff-lazymodel for weeks now and I love it!

Now I'm trying to use it with wicket-bean-validation, but I've got the
following error :
/Could not resolve Property from component: [TextField [Component id =
code]]. Either specify the Property in the constructor or use a model that
works in combination with a IPropertyResolver to resolve the Property
automatically/

So I have 2 solutions :
-Have LazyModel implements IPropertyReflectionAwareModel
Or
-Implement a new IPropertyResolver like the DefaultPropertyResolver

2nd solution seems easier. I should return a
org.apache.wicket.bean.validation.Property :
public Property(Class? owner, String propertyName)

I know how to get the class from LazyModel with getObjectClass(), but how
can I get the field name?

Any help on this would be very nice.
Regards,

Gabriel.

gmap2, wicket 6.9 and ajax refresh

2013-07-30 Thread Gabriel Landon
Since I've upgrade from wicket 6.8.0 to wicket 6.9.1, many of my gmap panel
are not working anymore when I do an ajax refresh on them.

From what's I've discovered is that on the refresh the
Wicket.Event.add(window, onUnload, function(event) {
google.maps.Unload();;});
has became
(function(){google.maps.Unload();})

That is not good!

The code in gmap2 has not changed.
It use : response.render(OnEventHeaderItem.forScript(window, onUnload,
google.maps.Unload();));
that produce :
@Override
public void render(Response response)
{
JavaScriptUtils.writeJavaScript(response, Wicket.Event.add( +
getTarget() + , \ +
getEvent() + \, function(event) {  + getJavaScript()
+ ;}););
}

In wicket 6.8 when I refresh the map, the program does go in the render
function, but not in wicket 6.9.
That is very strange...

*I think it has something to do with :
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-5234*

You can reproduce it using gmap2-exmaple in the listener page.
Just click on the true/false button and then the map get stuck!

Hi,

The website wicketinaction.com seems to be down, only the home page is
working.
All the other pages return a 404.

Where can I find a working version of the website?

Your DAO is declare in your form and you use it inside an inner method, so
yes, wicket is going to serrialize it.

I think you should use @SpringBean, instead of @inject.

Re: Server and client side validation

2013-05-13 Thread Gabriel Landon
Hi Martin,

It does work with the following code:
/return $('#%s').closest('form').parsley( 'validate' );/

Thank you very much.

To find out whether the form is in a ModalWindow or not, I've used the
following code:
/@Override
public void renderHead(final IHeaderResponse varResponse) {
super.renderHead(varResponse);
// starts parsley for this form
if (this.findParent(ModalWindow.class) == null) {
varResponse

.render(OnDomReadyHeaderItem.forScript(String.format($('#%s').parsley();,
this.getMarkupId(;
} else {

varResponse.render(OnDomReadyHeaderItem.forScript(String.format($('#%s').closest('form').parsley();,
this.getMarkupId(;
}
}/

Is there a better way to do that, or is it OK?

Re: Server and client side validation

Martin,

I've create a ParsleyRangeValidator and a ParsleyLengthValidator very easily
thanks to your code.
I've also create ParsleyForm that initializes Parsley in the RenderHead and
a ParsleyAjaxButton that validates Parsley on submit.

I only have one problem with forms in a ModalWindow. As the form tag is
replace with a div tag, Parsley doesn't seems to work in this case.
Do you have an idea on how to fix that?

Re: IThemableAplication no longer exists

2013-03-12 Thread Gabriel Landon
Just follow the migration guide :
http://code.google.com/p/wiquery/wiki/Migration60

1 - The IWiQueryPlugin interface is now deprecated as users can now more
easily render their statements in the Component#renderHead(..) function.
This makes the interface rather useless. All code which you had in
IWiQueryPlugin#statement() can be moved to the Component#renderHead(..)
function.

2 -  public class CustomApplication extends Application {

...

@Override
protected void init()
{

addResourceReplacement(WiQueryCoreThemeResourceReference.get(), new
WiQueryCoreThemeResourceReference(custom));
}
}

Re: select2

2013-02-07 Thread Gabriel Landon
I'm using select on one of my project.

You can override the CSS. You might have to use the !important syntax as
the default select2.css file might be loaded after your own CSS file.

Here's an example of my own CSS :

.select2-container .select2-choice {
background: none !important;
border-radius : 0 !important;
height: 19px !important;
border: 1px solid #676767 !important;
line-height: 19px !important;
padding: 0 0 0 5px !important;
text-decoration: none !important;
}

.select2-drop {
border-top : 1px solid #aa !important;
padding-top: 2px !important;
font-size: 11px;
}

Hope this help.

How to use Selenium IDE with wicket?

2013-01-31 Thread Gabriel Landon
Hello,

I'm new to selenium IDE (1.10.0) and I'm trying to use it to test wicket
(1.5.x and 6.x) applications.
I've followed the tips in the wiki
(https://cwiki.apache.org/WICKET/selenium-tips.html) but it doesn't seem to
work.

I've added this line in my application :
getDebugSettings().setOutputComponentPath(true);

I've create the user-extension.js.wicketPathLocatorBuilder files with the
code provided and added it in selenium IDE.
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4655987/selenium_script_shot.png

When I record it is not using the wicketpath :
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4655987/selenium_record.png

Wicketpath is in the page source :
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4655987/page_source.png

Am I missing something?

I've seen various quite old post on nabble but none of them help :

wicket portlet 1.5 and liferay 6.1

2012-06-14 Thread Gabriel Landon
For those who are having troubles making wicket-portlet works with liferay
6.1, here's the solution...

I've many wicket 1.4 application that are just working fine in liferay 6.0.
But when I put them in liferay 6.1, I get the following message :
/20:49:12,379 ERROR [BasePortalLifecycle:45]
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error initializing WicketFilter - you
have no filter-mapping element with a url-pattern that uses filter:
TestApplication
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error initializing WicketFilter - you
have no filter-mapping element with a url-pattern that uses filter:
TestApplication
/

This is because liferay 6.1 remove the filter and filter-mapping from
the web.xml.
To prevent this behaviour, you have to add the following properties in your
liferay-plugin-package.properties :
*liferay-web-xml-enabled=false*

By the way if you're using wicket 1.5, you will have the following error
instead :
/20:48:09,343 WARN  [WebXmlFile:265] web.xml: No url-pattern found for
'filter' with name 'wicket.test'
20:48:09,343 INFO [WebXmlFile:113] web.xml: url mapping found for filter
with name wicket.test:
20:48:09,343 WARN [WicketFilter:247] Unable to determine filter path from
filter init-parm, web.xml, or servlet 3.0 annotations. Assuming user will
set filter path manually by calling setFilterPath(String)
/

Good luck to all liferay users!

wicketstuff-tinymce not working in deployment mode

2012-02-10 Thread Gabriel Landon
On my latest project, I'm using wicketstuff-tinymce 1.5.4.

It works fine when I'm in development mode, but when I switch to deployment,
all the icons and images are gone.

I've found that it as something to do with the JavaScript compressor which
is disable in development mode and enable in deployment mode :

getResourceSettings().setJavaScriptCompressor(null); //development
getResourceSettings().setJavaScriptCompressor(new
DefaultJavaScriptCompressor()); //deployment

What I don't manage to find is if the problem comes from the compressor or
tinymce script...

Here's a quickstart :
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4377928/tinymce.zip
tinymce.zip
To start it in development : mvn jetty:run
To start it in deployment : mvn jetty:run -Dwicket.configuration=deployment

Here's a screenshot in deployment mode (the images are missing) :
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4377928/broken_tinymce_deployment.png
broken_tinymce_deployment.png

We I try to load the image directly through the URL
http://localhost:8080/tinymce/wicket/contrib/tinymce/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/img/icons.gif
I've got the following message :
The image cannot be displayed because it contains errors.

Is anyone facing the same problem?

GMarker marker = new GMarker(new GLatLng(xx.xxx, xxx.xxx), new
GMarkerOptions(Label to display on mouse hover, yourCustomIcon));

//add marker on the map
addOverlay(marker);

//add onClick event
add(new ClickListener() {
@Override
protected void onClick(final AjaxRequestTarget varTarget, final GLatLng
varLatLng, final GOverlay varOverlay) {
if (varOverlay instanceof Gmarker) {
Gmarker marker = (Gmarker) varOverlay;
//use any logic to get the data you want to display (using lat and
long for example)
MyData data = yourService.findData(marker.getLatLng());

//open the infowindow
getInfoWindow().open(marker, new yourPanelToDisplay(panelId, data));
}
});

Hope this help.
Gabriel.

Re: Page serialization problem with wicket 1.5?

2011-11-23 Thread Gabriel Landon
Martin,

I guess I was lucky as I used it many time in wicket 1.4.x without problem.
I've only encountered this with wicket 1.5.x.

Now time to rewrite my applications!

Thank you very much for your help and your time.

Regards,

Gabriel.

RE: GMap2 in a Wiquery Dialog

2011-11-23 Thread Gabriel Landon
I had the same problem with ModalWindow and here's what I've done to handle
this problem:

public class MyGmap extends GMap2 {
/** serialVersionUID. */
private static final long serialVersionUID = 1L;

public MyGmap(final String varId, final String varGMapKey) {
super(varId, varGMapKey);
}

private String getJScheckResize() {
return getJSinvoke(map.checkResize());
}

public void checkResize() {

if (AjaxRequestTarget.get() != null  findPage() != null) {

AjaxRequestTarget.get().appendJavaScript(getJScheckResize());
}
}

}

Maybe it can be useful to add this code into the gmap2 project. How can this
be done?

Re: GMap2 from wicketstuff: how to dynamically resize?

2011-11-23 Thread Gabriel Landon
You can simply add a checkResize() function to the Gmap2.

See :

Page serialization problem with wicket 1.5?

2011-11-22 Thread Gabriel Landon
Hi,

There seems to have page data that are not correctly unserialized with
wicket 1.5.x.

I have done a quickstart application to show you the problem with a
ModalWindow using a page (not a panel) :
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/file/n4097909/myproject.zip
myproject.zip

How to reproduce the problem :
1- start the application (mvn jetty:run)
2- open your browser : http://localhost:8080/
3- Click on click me a couple of time (optional!)
4- Enter the label field then submit. You should see submit ok in the
feedback panel.
5- Click the open modal link
6- Enter the description field and submit.
7- The model is serialized with all the data and next when the data are
unserialized, the description data is lost.

Here's the log :

using the click me link!
INFO  - HomePage - Serialized [Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id = 0,
render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@6da05bdb - nbClick = 0 -
label null - desc null
INFO  - HomePage - Serialized [Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id = 0,
render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@6da05bdb - nbClick = 1 -
label null - desc null
INFO  - HomePage   - Serialized [Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id =
0, render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@6da05bdb - nbClick =
2 - label null - desc null

Submit form with the label field
INFO  - HomePage   - Serialized [Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id =
0, render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@6da05bdb - nbClick =
2 - label ddd - desc null

 submit modal with the description field
INFO  - HomePage   - *Serialized *[Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id =
0, render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@6da05bdb - nbClick =
2 - label ddd - *desc fdfdfd*
INFO - HomePage - *unSerialized *[Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id
= 0, render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@7d98d9cf - nbClick
= 2 - label ddd - *desc null*
INFO  - HomePage - Serialized [Page class = com.mycompany.HomePage, id =
0, render count = 1], bean = com.mycompany.bean.MyBean@7d98d9cf - nbClick =
2 - label ddd - desc null
 desc has been set to null

With wicket 1.4.x it's working just fine (there's a pom.xml.wicket.1.4 in
the project if you want to try) : there is no page that is unserialized.

If I use a panel instead of a page in the modal window, it's working just
fine. So I guess it has something to do with multi-window/multi-page
handling...

Is there a new option to turn on with wicket 1.5 to have it works like in
wicket 1.4?

Regards,

Gabriel.

Re: Replacing the contents of a table with ajax

2011-09-07 Thread Gabriel Landon
Maybe you should try something like :

protected void onSubmit(AjaxRequestTarget target, Form? form) {

TablePanel tp = new TablePanel(tablePanel.getId(),
getItemList(selectedFromDropDown));
tp.setOutputMarkupId(true);

   //replace the panel of you page
   getPage().replace(tp); //or getPage().replaceWith(tp);

target.add(tp);
}

Re: Nothing happens on AJAX call after session timeout

2011-05-12 Thread Gabriel Landon
I've tried to use a filter without success because as explained
http://www.mail-archive.com/users@tomcat.apache.org/msg75996.html here  :
Valves are called before filters, and Tomcat's authentication and
authorization are implemented as Valves. I don't believe you can have your
filter run before the auth Valve.

So in the request there is no Wicket-Ajax in the header when the session
is timeout to know if it's an ajax request.

Maybe you could try this to get the header :
http://download.oracle.com/javaee/6/api/javax/servlet/http/HttpServletRequest.html#getHeader%28java.lang.String%29

And this for filter :

Re: Nothing happens on AJAX call after session timeout

2011-05-10 Thread Gabriel Landon
As explain in the post
http://apache-wicket.1842946.n4.nabble.com/Session-timeout-AJAX-enabled-controls-td1893184.html,
that's is because when you use container (Tomcat) authentification, the
login page is return in the ajax response when your session has expired.

Have you tried the workaround Igor gave :
in your servlet filter you will have to check for Wicket-Ajax header
and if it is present return a properly formatted ajax-response that
contains javascript to redirect to your login page.

Re: Erase Previous Error Messages in Feedback Panel after Download

2011-02-22 Thread Gabriel Landon

You can rerefresh the whole form :

yourForm.setOutputMarkupId(true);
...
target.addComponent(yourForm)

To highlight the error field (with a red star), I usually use a
FormComponentFeedbackIndicator like that :

RequiredTextFieldString yourTextField = new
RequiredTextFieldString(name);
yourForm.add(yourTextField);
FormComponentFeedbackIndicator yourTextFieldError = new
FormComponentFeedbackIndicator(nameError);
yourTextFieldError.setIndicatorFor(yourTextField );
yourTextFieldError.setOutputMarkupPlaceholderTag(true);
yourForm.add(nomError);

You may also use FormComponentFeedbackBorder.

Gabriel.
