Hi, enabling the GoogleBar was quite easy: https://wicket-stuff.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wicket-stuff/trunk/wicketstuff-core/gmap2-parent/gmap2-examples/src/main/java/wicket/contrib/examples/gmap/search/HomePage.java Sven On 06/26/2010 08:58 PM, Anh wrote: Either is fine - I basically need a search box in a Gmap component to help people find the location they are looking for. Re: GMap2 and adding LocalSearch
Either is fine - I basically need a search box in a Gmap component to help people find the location they are looking for. Is either approach easy to integrate with the existing Gmap2 component? Re: GMap2 and adding LocalSearch
Hi, LocalSearch is deprecated: http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/localsearch/index.html Shouldn't we think about support for the GoogleBar? http://code.google.com/intl/de/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/v2/services.html#UsingGoogleBar Sven On 06/26/2010 07:29 PM, 7zark7 wrote: I'm having trouble using GMap2 and adding a LocalSearch control: http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/localsearch/index.html Looks to be a one liner in Javascript: map.addControl(new google.maps.LocalSearch()); But given the class heirarchy and JS generation used, not sure how I would do this. GMap2 and adding LocalSearch
I'm having trouble using GMap2 and adding a LocalSearch control: http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/localsearch/index.html Looks to be a one liner in Javascript: map.addControl(new google.maps.LocalSearch()); But given the class heirarchy and JS generation used, not sure how I would do this.
