Have you changed your view on P2P operations yet? It would seem that for
replication (including targeted, partial replications), scalability, and
offline operations, P2P would be a good way to manage this for an enterprise
class wiki.

Ok!! I got it thanks to Ludovic! A javascript error had prevented me from
seeing the incredible, awesomeness of this extension!!
1) the splice threw an error because the object wasn't an array, it was an
HTMLCollection.
2) I had "stats" tables on the side of my page which through off the
table

to the table.

Looks like you are mixing several things here.
RawBlock job is to provide something that should ends up in the output
syntax as it is but the xhtml renderer can't support something that is
in xwiki syntax so it skips it which is why you don't get anything.
