Ok, so I want to install the Column Macro, but I am getting this error when
I try to install it by the Extension Manager:
Programming right is required to install extension
[jeromevelociter:column-macro-1.0] on namespace [wiki:xwiki]
So I go to the XWiki Administration -- Rights -- And I grant
Thinking about this...
An administrator should ALWAYS be able to install any extension...so
guys...please fix this!

Ok, I will try to explain:
We were on XWiki 4.0 previously. On that XWiki I used the Admin user to
manage the XWiki, installing extensions never gave me any trouble.
Now, we are moving to XWiki 5.4.2, and suddenly my Admin user can't be
used anymore to install a simple Extension like the Column
What I have done now:
-I have given myself Admin Rights to the XWiki space. This way I can
administer the XWiki.
(Administration -- Users Groups -- Rights -- Filter on myself, then
select Edit space preferences -- XWiki, than add green mark/tick under
Admin)
-I have given myself PR to

Have you tried to restart the WebServer application? I don’t know the reason
but the new rights management methods is not working in my XWiki 5.4.2, So, in
order to update the permissions that I have set I need to:
