John, As far as I know it might be my own instructions. :-) They will get you a successful install/running MySQL+XWiki-8.4.4(WAR)+Tomcat+NGINX on CentOS-7. But my own XWiki is still under construction and there are at least a few loose ends left to be addressed before I can announce it.
