[xwiki-users] Navigation Panel that lists all wiki's in a farm

I am new to xwiki so bear with me if this a solution already built into xwiki. I would like to create a navigation panel that will automatically populate a list of all wikis (including home) in a xwiki farm and contain links to each wiki's home page. Does anyone know how to create this panel?
