Then in some xwiki page e.g. /xwiki/bin/view/Custom/MacroTranslations create content: ... field=Translation ... hopefully it will work if you will translate page in necessary languages open /xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin§ion=Programming and in the field Internationalization Document Bundles set: Custom.MacroTranslations N.B. to Xwikiers Actually such approach should be supported and documented for internationalization of new/staged/custom/contributed macros.
