Agree that small icon for http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/download/Community/LogoChallengeRound2/final1.png looks good, but for bigger sizes it looks for me as squirrel with flightskin :-) Therefore I choose 16 with straight W as it seems more ordered.
