We decided to write an online book by using xWiki as the authoring system.
While we want to make it freely available, we'd like to restrict pdf
and other printable output apart from plain html.
(we might want to sell pdf outputs later, with watermarks, but that

You should have installed xwiki-enterprise-wiki-1.8-milestone-2.xar
since this is the version of the xwiki WAR deployed on myxwiki.org.

information from the old wiki to this new one.

Myxwiki user had different password - ups!!!
Although I was logging in to myxwiki the link in 'Wiki you Administer'
doesn't log in to pattern site automatically.
I ended up typing wrong password.
