You could add that code to the view.vm file.
If you are running your xwiki instance locally, this is very easy, you simply
put it in the file
xwiki/skins/colibri/view.vm
If you are running a virtual wiki on a wiki farm, you will have to define a
custom skin object and put that
in the view.vm fie

installer:
- Windows: xwiki-enterprise-installer-windows-2.0.exe
- other platforms: xwiki-enterprise-installer-generic-2.0-standard.jar
