Check the (view) rights set for the Panels space and the documents
within it (most of the panels are documents inside the Panels space).

violation wrt to a primary key on xwikilinks.
Having looked into the DB, the indexes, tried to remove things, I just
myxwiki.org has been upgraded to XE 4.1.3 (20120711.182831-314). If you
own a wiki hosted there you should have a look at the release notes for
