so everybody can see who changed what.

As far as I understand, the amount of pages is relatively small, so, the
easiest way to migrate is:
- export whole wiki as backup package
- set up Oracle database
- change configuration in hibernate.cfg.xml to use Oracle DB
- On detecting empty DB, Distribution Manager will import
