Thank you for your advice, I was able to restore the original Admin account.

But is there anything else I have to do? The localization strings are still
missing.

Can a dev look at the release notes of the  ForumApplication
  

It seems like "FWK005 oarse may not be called while parsing" is messing
things up :-)
