This error is in the saveLinks function, which you can bypass by changing
xwiki.backlinks=1
to
xwiki.backlinks=0
in you xwiki.cfg. This way you can check if the rest is working

To be honest, we haven't really tested the TWiki support so this is a
bit expected (even though I would have thought it would have gone a
