If you have "Always authenticate on viewing" set to no in Preferences,
you must be able to view pages as guest.

Make sure Unregistered users have the view right on that page. You can
change this setting either in the global administration (for the whole wiki
or for a given space) or at the level of a given page (edit -> edit page
rights).
