use flink under the kubernet

i want to deployment zeppelin and use it to write some flink program.But when set the flink host to flink-manager.i cannot submit job to the jobmanager.it seems like zeppelin give the ip to akka when akka need a Perfectly matched jobmanager.rpc.address which i set in the flink-conf.yaml??Does i
