s prikazy typu tee by to asi nejak slo, ale to by byla asi spis
vyzva na nejakou olympiadu systemaku :o)

To ja bych se asi vrhnul do spojeni 'ipfw tee' s 'nat' 
(nakonfigurovaneho tak, aby dotcene pakety vlastne neprekladal a jen 
odesilal nezmenene). Ale nemel jsem cas se nad tim zamyslet nejak hloubeji.

Jak rozchodit TRIM?

Ahoj,

podarilo se vam nekomu prosim rozfungovat TRIM s FreeBSD 8.3?
Pokousim se o to s diskem INTEL SSDSA2CW160G3 na zakladni desce INTEL
S5500BC, controller ICH10R.

At jiz nastavim diskovy radic do modu AHCI, ENHANCED nebo LEGACY a na
filesystemu mam pomoci tunefs nastaven flag t na enable, pri namontovani
filesystemu system hlasi:

WARNING: TRIM flag on fs but disk does not support TRIM

Netusite nekdo prosim, co by se dalo jeste udelat, aby TRIM fungoval?

To znamena, ze GEOM, na kterem onen FS sidli tvrdi, ze tento disk 
podporu pro TRIM nema. Skutecne nema - ne, ze se nepodarilo overit zda 
ji ma (to by ta hlaska vypadala jinak).


A GEOM to bere z identifikacnich dat, ktere o sobe poskytne sam disk.

Neni nahodou INTEL SSDSA2CW160G3 jeden z tech disku, ktere defaultne 
podporu pro TRIM zapnutou nemaji a aby ji meli musi se nejprve zapnout ?


Jestli je v IDENTIFY DATA sektoru ve wordu (ne bajtu) 169 sude cislo, 
tak ten disk se podporou TRIM nechlubi. Mozna jde nejak zapnout, ale v 
dane chvili zapnuta neni.

Na smartclt jsem se dival, viz priloha. Ale bud to tam neni nebo nevim
ktera polozka v sobe tuto informaci ukryva.
