I confirm that the file path length > 260 (for one of the intermediate files) caused the RemoveDirectory step to fail. Modifying the master.cfg to move CMake's build directory to a higher level solved the problem. Thank you all for the comments and suggestions. On 6/27/2016 2:02 PM, Greg
