They are releasing just camel-wmq as far as I see, supporting camel 3
You could ask them to align and release the zeromq one.

I've been trying to find information on Apache Camel's support of a ZeroMQ
component. I see that there was a component back in the 2.x days but I
cannot find anything compatible with the current version of Camel 3.x.
Does the component exist somewhere? Did support stop for a particular
reason?
