Cloudstack is fully supported on Centos 7.x. We're running 7.2 on all 
management servers and hosts.

I am not sure if the installation of apache CloudStack would work on CentOS

Well, on  the page you mention it says CentOS 7.
On the main cloudstack pages it says CentOS 6, so that is already a diff.
