Sorry for the late reply.

As far as I know, this log message is sent by [1]. For some reason dnsmasq
is failing to keep running on your VM.
Unfortunately, at this moment, I do not know what could be causing this
behavior. Maybe other logs (e.g. syslog ) can give a hint on it.

I configured alerts on the cloud stack and I'm receiving the below error from 
virtual router .

dnsmasq The process detected as running


Can anyone please advise what is the error referring for , what should I do 
when receiving such error ?
