Hello All,
I did a fresh install of 5.0.2 with disk encryption which was then immediately
upgraded to the latest master on a Thinkpad X230. The filesystem being used is
HAMMER2. The entire setup was done via the installer, minus boot blocks because
there is only one disk in the machine.

Hello!
If there is anyone else on DragonFly using Zotero with firefox-esr 52, it seems
as though on May 8th firefox-esr 52 becomes depricated in favor of firefox-esr
60. The new versions of Firefox beginning with 57 break compatibility with a
number of useful plugins.

Daniel,
I had a similar issue some weeks ago. I could not really track down the real
culprit but your description and dmesg output were similar to mine.
Somehow, a full world/kernel rebuild solved the issue as I have not seen it
again.

H1's "mirror-stream" is a killer feature, low overhead and just works.
In my case, compression and live deduplication were enough for me to make the

Is a master-to-multiple-slave setup functionally the same as "device ganging"
per the H2 design document? Would such a setup mean that a failed drive could be rebuilt
by adding a new block device, designating it as either a master or slave and the data
would be rebuilt on that drive? Or said in
Hi,
The Threadripper discussion has been very interesting.
Will these adjustments to NUMA for Threadripper's topography also apply to Epyc
also? Or will more nuanced work need to be done once an Epyc system becomes
available?

How time flies, I have been a DragonFly user since about 2013. Certainly
not as long as many of you but I got a very good introduction to *nix
administration from the senior fellows around here and on IRC. DragonFly
is a wonderful OS and has a very dedicated community that has built up
around it. F

Interesting that this happens to you. Quite often after having been
ssh'ed into my DragonFly box, my ssh sessions hang on exit and have to
be killed manually also.
