Hi :) Yes.  With regards to paragraph 1 with the amendment that i think you mean MSO 2010 rather than the non-existent MSO 2012.  There is a version for Mac called 2011 but that is really just 2010 redone for Mac and it takes them about a year to do that.  MSO just doesn't develop that fast.

Hi :) It sounds like there was probably some weird problem in the file.  Can you make a bac-up copy of the new version that does work and then copy from the original dodgy file try copypaste but do a Paste Special instead of a normal paste Ctrl Shift v or  from the menus try Edit - Paste

Running LO-3.5.5.3 on Slackware-13.1. The envelope template was built for a COM10 size envelope in 2003 using whatever version of OO.o was then current. Worked fine then; hasn't since OO.o was supplanted by LO. Time to fix this problem. The page size is set for a COM10 US business envelope.
