LibreOffice 6.4.6 is the same as LibreOffice 6.4.0 in term of features, but is updated with bug and regression fixes (so, you should update your newer PC as well). The fourth digit in the version number has no meaning (it is the number of release candidates, so is a development related information). Best regards.
