We have two different academic departments that have bought licenses for the same software (COMSOL) each has their own license server serving licenses for their own users. We currently use the Olesen FlexGrid (https://github.com/olesenm/flex-grid) to integrate grid engine with various license managers around the University. And would like to integrate these license servers.
I'm not sure what qlicserver would do if it got different license information for the same license from two different servers and I don't think I want to find out. My current plan is to run one copy of qlicserver for each license server and have them map the license to a different grid engine complex. Does anyone have any experience doing this or have a better idea?
