Hmm, not so fast.
Afraid to say I found a rather severe issue (actually, two issues) with the
new parented checkbox feature, with no particularly easy workarounds.
Details in ISIS-1874 [1]
So, there will need to be a 1.16.2 for these issues. Apologies.

The Apache Isis team is pleased to announce the release of Apache Isis
v1.16.1.
This is primarily a bugfix release. Nevertheless there are a couple of new
