教えていただいた記事の元をたどってインド政府を調べました。

インド政府のWebで検索するとすごくFOSSに積極的みたいです。

日本政府を検索してもオープンデータの話ばかりでFOSSやオープンドキュメントにあまり積極的ではないのです。
世界の他の国が積極的であるという一次資料があると論文を書くのに励みになります。

ちょうど、首相官邸の政策会議が　「世界最先端IT国家創造宣言」　に対する意見公募をしていました。
