I'm testing kannel in windows, download and install cygwin, compile
gateway 1.4.3 and start kannel. Im using wavecom modem, usb, using
driver usb-to-serial and got COM16 in windows and works in kannel
cygwin using /dev/com16.
Incoming seems to be ok, but outgoing after 1 or 2 messages

receive like 20 or 30 messages and no PANIC just now, compare to

I also found that all dlr I received were set as type=2, its delivery
failure. For example a dlr is received with
date:1209190919 stat:DELIVRD

in kannel part, i've added some function to get delivery report via kannel's dlr-url,
i've managed to get playsms returns status fail
its in the package, a test kannel.conf available in contrib/kannel
i hope you can give me inputs a better way to manage dlr and does playsms
working fine with kannel
so far its working fine with gnokii and clickatell

i got problem to send sms when starting kannel with wavecom iTegno modem
serial-com
to make it work, i had to restart kannel, eject the sim card and put it back
without re-restarting kannel
and magic! i can send sms via kannel again
can someone tell me what happen ?
or what should i do
