With the latest push, it's creating drpms both between the 2 latest versions,
and between release and latest. But it didn't create the drpms that were
missing before. For example, in

I think it's expected that the size of the update metadata grows after release.
There have been some bugs filed in the past to delta the metadata (for example

far.
