Fix this issue by installing patches packages on centos.
yum -y install patch

Hi, i try to integrate the contrail with openstack.
and its working. i can start the instance and the neutron is handle by
contrail.
the problem is i cant open contrail WebUI. i try to install the webUI
manually. but i get stuck when running the configuration.
