What OS are you using? What Ceph release? you're using cephx, right? (I assuume you are because of the CEPH_USER attribute). Have you made any modifications to the remotes? ( did you also sync the remotes again after ugprade?
What is the relevant error in the oned.log? can you run a command like "rados --id libvirt df" as oneadmin in node-01?
