This is an issue with the JIRA, a fix version should not be set until
the issue is actually fixed. Will update.

I think I'm  confused ...

The release note for 1.9.0

Has a list of "Bugs".  I assume these are resolved bugs.
It says NIFI 15883 is resolved.
But if you click on  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15883 it says 
its open.

Which is it?
