3. fm user.old - copy 'wordbook', 'template'; paste into new user
folder. if you copy all the folders you wind up with same problem, but

I have used the highlighter on text in N open office dox and cannot take the
highlighter off. I have tried selecting the text and clicking no colour on the
highlighter option but it is not working. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

A better solution:
do not create a an OpenOffice user profile. PERIOD.
It is totally useless for the correct operation of OO.
