Why this message : « Checking for an update failed. » when I try to update
Openoffice ?
I didn’t find any information in the Openoffice forum, but I think it’s a known
problem because many people are complaining on the internet.

ich habe jetzt aktuell, nochmals auf der Developer-Mailingliste gefragt und
erhalte dort explizit die Aussage das AOO 4.1.8 unter BigSur eigentlich
funktioniert und es nur Probleme mit OOXML-Dateien, also docx, xlsx usw. gibt.
Sollte Dein Problem also nicht darin bestehen das Du
