That's what I ended up doing, thanks. The problem that really arose from all of this is that eth1.4 points to br4 and ovirt comes in to ovirtmgmt and then fails, udevadm get caught in an infinate loop as it bounces back and forth between br4 and ovirtmgmt since bringing up one seems to cause the
