It's my understanding that when you activate a host part of the process is to verify that it can connect to all active storage domains. If it cannot connect to any domain then it will refuse to go to the "up" state. In my case the storage domains are FC so completely outside the TCP/IP stack. On

ovirt-web-ui Zanata project should be open to all registered translators. The suspicion is correct - one really needs to be an approved member of a language group to be able to edit translations of that particular language. Otherwise red padlock icon is shown with pretty counter-intuitive text
