I’m deploying on Ovirt nodes v4.5.0.1, but it fails to deploy the self-hosted
engine with the following errors in the web installer:

I would run the deploy again, wait until the engine is up and then from
the server you are deploying the engine on

We have a 4 node cluster (4.4.10) and a standalone manager.
We attached to this cluster 4 volumes on FC.
Last week we lost the storage
I never use the UI for Gluster.Most probably you need to go to Storage ->
volume, then select the brick and delete it.
Do you have a replacement host ? Or a host that will be an Arbiter ?
