I have a VM which was send a "Reboot" and "Shutdown" command in short succession (two admins who were not thinking the same way) and now the VM is Stuck in "Rebooting". It has no Host assigned and when trying to turn it of (via Shutdown or Power Off) it gives this error:

What steps can I do to resolve this?
