Ah, that's a bit of a bummer but I guess I can use the p2v conversion for those instances. I tried to convert another VM (this one without a snapshot) and got the error "virt-v2v is unable to convert this guest type" I'm guessing that the problem is that our VMWare VM's are an the v10
