Thanks for your help!
As you can see , i have opened the VM HA (i had show you the screenshot in the 
last mail), and some relevant settings i have checked(cluster settings of 
resilience). I don't kown where is the problem .

Hi Zhao,

This is not a bug. you reboot the host without letting ovirt engine knowing it, 
ovirt engine will think there must be something wrong going on with the host, 
and IIRC will trigger some mechanism to fence the host(ssh soft fence, power 
management, etc). In this circumstances, If the vms are not ha vms, these vms 
will not auto restart on other normal hosts.


You can edit the vms as highly available to make the vm auto reboot on other 
host.

just be aware that you have to wait for some time(maybe several minutes to
10 min) before ha vms can reboot on other hosts.

I want to know from the time you reboot the host:
what warning log did you see on webadmin ui?
how the host status changes during this time
and could you provide the output of /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log please
? just the new output from the time you reboot the host, and for several
minues after that.
