I don't know the details/severity of the leaks Ganesh mentioned, but
setting it aside I'll add a +1 from otherwise checking the RC out as
follows while testing Proton:
 - Verified signature and checksum.
 - Checked LICENCE+NOTICE present.
 - Built the router against an install of Proton 0.15.0 RC1.
 - Ran the JMS client HelloWorld example against the built router.

One note would be that the convenience binaries for the console bits
should be staged along with the other artifacts so people can try them
out, and others can use them later.

kgiusti ran a coverity scan on RC1 which found 7 memory leaks. These need to be 
fixed.
