Hey guys! Thanks for v3! Amazing!
I would like to report that the nightly builds for v3 are being generated
with the same filename/version everyday. It is stuck on 2016/01/12. So,
even though the MD5 of the file has changed, an apt-get update && apt-get
upgrade won't notice.

I am trying to retrieve a list of contacts (in .vcf format) from the Sogo
groupware system, using CardDav. I have used my code with other systems
successfully, but Sogo does not work as I expect. I have the URL set to:
https:///SOGo/dav//Contacts/personal/
The user id and password are supplied

I have successfully applied the changes mentioned in "Fixes #3439" and
not only did I learn something new about dependency-problems, but at
least I've got a working SOGo v3.

I was so happy with the send-button, that I neglected the issue with the
reply, reply to all and forward-buttons, which are not fixed by the
patch of fix #3439...
I have applied the same logic to the functions in "UIxMailActions.m" and
now they are working to...

In the migration period i would like to have both frontend interfaces
active. The users have the choice between v2 and v3.
