This is the default behaviour of CKEditor, but you can change it by passing a 
modified configuration in UIxMailEditor.wox:

It appears that browser based spellchecking is explicitly disabled in the new 
email body form - https://i.imgur.com/L67BsPe.png. Is there a reason for this? 
Is there a configuration option to disable this setting?
