I am working with an application called geoserver which works on Apache
Tomcat server. Just for an idea for those who donot know, geoserver is an
application that serves web map services. When I am calling this service I

I pulled down tomcat 8.5.45 in the commons-daemon-1.2.0-native-src/unix the
thedirectory is missing the necessary files to run the configure command. See
contents of directory below.
apache-tomcat-8.5.45/bin/commons-daemon-1.2.0-native-src/unix
configure.in INSTALL.txt Makedefs.in Makefile.i
Use the previous version, it seems to work ok. The next release will
include the missing script.

Hi Karen, I´m not sure if it's still valuable to you. But make sure to double
click on your tomcat server in eclipse, and check the value od server location
field. Should be something like [eclipse workspace
location]\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmpX where X is any

Tomcat instance and then use the "Export...", "WAR file" option to
deploy the latest version of my webapp to the external Tomcat instance
