Hello,
Are there any news on the snapshot situation? The version number
1.3.0-SNAPSHOT keeps confusing some people, and it also strikes me as odd
that here
http://wicketstuff.org/maven/repository/org/apache/wicket/
the latest snapshot is almost a week old (Thu, 10 Jan 2008 22:55:45 GMT)
you could do a
svn checkout http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/wicket/trunk
and
mvn install

Thanks, surely so, but I wouldn't want to do this all the
time neither on my own nor the continuous integration
machine :) It's a lot nicer to just
ok, you're right

We haven't renamed trunk to 1.3.1, so it is still labelled 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT in
the maven repository.

That is why I don't like the 1.3.0 number. 1.3-SNAPSHOT is definetly
preferable to remove this confusion.

And thanks team and community. I feel that Apache Wicket is a text
book example of a successful open source project: a diverse and
enthusiastic team who don't feel above the rest of the community, and
a user base with plenty of people helping out with the lists, issues,
WIKI, etc. Thanks all!

Congratulations to the Wicket team for an outstanding job! We have just
released our first product based on Wicket 1.2.6 and we are hard at work on
the next version, based on 1.3.
