It looks like your using one of our jetty distribution. Assuming
you're using our startup script (start_xwiki.bat or .sh),
you can try to replace :
JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx300m (or : set JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx300m)
by
JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx512m (or : set JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx512m)
BTW I wonder how 300m can be not enough.
