I guess you forbade the access of any page to unlogged users, isn't it? If
you have such a configuration (non-open wiki), then you need to put special
rights to the page you want to be

Yes, you're right. I have a restricted registration wiki. I edited the
Access Rights for the Default Color Scheme to allow viewing for
Unregistered Users and now it works. Tahnk you.
