You need to check what user is really used. Try this out!
>
> ps aux|grep java|grep -v grep|awk '{print $1}'

This command should give you a least the user currently running the wiki,

Ok, I figured it out. I tested on another machine and it was working fine. I
tried the clear cache idea, but that did not fix it. In fact, after I cleared
the browser cache, I got an error message: "Failed to retrieve suggestions:
Unauthorized."
We are configured so that all users have to be lo

the 'soffice.bin' file is in /opt/openoffice.org3/program/ path
The command runs successfully but I haven't the openoffice.org/3 directory
...
In my /home directory there are two directories inside :
oracle
nagios
